I had a remarkable experience at Bannister GM Vernon this morning. I went in for an appointment to service my car and DARCY told me that I didn’t need to have it done today as the mileage was still low! He explained that since my service in January I did have the option of waiting until January to get it serviced. As I have just moved it was definitely an option I was interested in. That is a prime example of excellent service. That gives the term customer satisfaction an A+!!! Thank you Bannister and most of all thank you Darcy. I would be delighted to recommend Darcy and Bannister’s if anyone asked me. That was a very happy ending to an exhausting week. Thank you. 👏
